Plan now to pass your wealth down the generations.
Picture
Welcome to our home page. You have made the first step into getting the most important documents put in place. Our estate planner Christopher Fooks brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to create a customised solution to help you, your family, and future generations to come.

At Lacuna Wills we are centred around family, and aim to help secure your wealth, finances and legacy.

Protecting and looking after people is at the forefront of what we do, which is the reason why we are happy to travel in order to connect with you to offer you the genuine, specialist and personal service.

We offer the 3 main aspects of estate planning at very reasonable prices for you, having the advantage over a lawyer or solicitor. A bespoke Will enables you to legally state who you want to benefit from your assets. Trusts can ensure that your assets are ring fenced offering more security for those due to inherit, as well as reducing costs down the line. Lasting Power of Attorneys enable you peace of mind that all eventualities are catered for during your lifetime.

I warmly invite you to get in touch to discuss your circumstances and have a look at the options that can be of benefit to you and your family.

We will produce draft documents and send them to you to check, once you have confirmed that everything is as you wish, we will proceed to produce your documents. Depending on the case, if needed, we will contact third parties to acquire their acceptance of roles and signatures to support this. For example, those named as attorneys in an LPA.

We will then send the completed/ registered documents to you in the post.
If you have created a Will, there is an option to have this securely stored with Kings Court Trust, in which case we will send this on for you and send you the storage certificate.
For LPA's we create a copy for you and we will send this to you with the originals.
You should now feel a sense of relief knowing that you are covered for any eventuality.
